College of DuPage Students Celebrate Chinese New Year

This year, the Year of the Dragon, brings with it good luck.  We were lucky to have been asked to make 100 mystery boxes for a group of College of DuPage students who are learning about Chinese culture.

Beijing Chinese Restaurant in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, made 100 mystery boxes for College of DuPage studentsEach box contained a chicken nugget, an egg roll, a cheese rangoon, a pot sticker, fried rice, a fortune cookie and a red envelope with a surprise.  In addition, we sent some calendars and bookmarks for the students to share.

Thank you, Kim and Juanita, for organizing this event and reaching out to Yu’s Garden to help with your celebration!
